Do we have potatoes? I don't think we have any that aren't growing. Scratch that idea.
So, here are instructions for dinner (it's a slow-cooker recipe, hence why I'm sending it to you rather than doing it myself)
Warning: I'm totally making this up. Use your own (Or Sparky's) discretion if available.
Rub garlic salt into the meat. Not too much, but enough so that we can taste it.
Cut up the peppers, put them in, too.
Maybe add a cup of beef broth (made from beef bullion is we have it).
Garlic press a clove of garlic in.
Cut up...um... three onions. Add them.
Add a dash or two of oregano, maybe a small palmful of basil. Six dashes of pepper. Three dashes of salt. Uh, maybe 1/4 cup of worchestershire sauce. Possibly a squirt of mustard? And some more garlic salt or garlic powder.
I don't know how long you're supposed to cook it, but ask.com has said two hours or more on high. Potatoes would take longer, but we don't have them anyway. I guess after an hour and a half or so just check it and see if it's cooked.
I've never cooked this sort of thing before, so it'll be an experiment for all of us.
